Who provides this service
Headless Profeed is provided by Accomplice in Sweden. For privacy questions, account-data requests, or removal requests, contact us through accomplice.se.
Account and service data
We process your verified email address, account identifier, connected public LinkedIn page URLs, API-key names and hashes, selected origins, subscription identifiers, and operational records needed to deliver the service. Choosing Google sign-in also shares basic identity and profile information with our authentication provider. Full API keys are returned once and are not stored in our account database.
Supabase provides authentication, database storage, and stored feed media. Google is an optional sign-in provider. Resend delivers account authentication emails and processes recipient email addresses and sign-in links for that purpose. Firebase hosts the website, and Google Cloud hosts the API. Freemius handles checkout, payments, invoices, and subscription management. We store the billing identifiers and entitlement information required to determine your service access; payment-card details are handled by Freemius and its payment providers.
Public LinkedIn content
Connected feeds contain publicly accessible LinkedIn posts and available media and engagement information. Browser keys are intended for public content. Restricting a key’s website origins does not make those posts confidential.
Storage and measurement
The account application stores its sign-in session in your browser so you can remain signed in. Signing out removes the local session. This website does not include an advertising or analytics tracker. External sign-in and checkout services have their own storage and privacy practices.
Retention
Account settings and subscription mappings are retained while needed to operate the account and meet applicable obligations. Completed webhook receipts are retained for up to 90 days, and completed refresh jobs for up to 30 days. Pausing a feed or allowing a subscription to expire does not automatically delete its settings or previously collected public content.
Your choices
You can remove feed connections and revoke keys in the dashboard. Contact Accomplice for access, correction, deletion, or questions about processing your personal data. Some billing records may need to be retained by the billing provider under its applicable obligations.
